油温过热度与压缩机磨损的关系研究

摘要: 本文通过理论研究冷媒与润滑油的溶解特性,提出了低压腔和高压腔压缩机的油温过热度与润滑油被冷媒稀释的关系,通过实验研究获得了低压腔和高压腔压缩机的油温过热度与压缩机磨损程度之间的实验数据,获得了为了保证空调热泵机组整机实验时防止压缩机磨损的判定条件,为未来空调热泵机组产品标准的丰富与完善提供技术支撑。

Abstract: In this paper, the relationship between superheat of oil temperature and dilution of lubricating oil in compressors with low pressure chamber and high pressure chamber is put forward through theoretical research on the dissolution characteristics of refrigerant and lubricating oil. The experimental data between superheat of oil temperature and wear of compressors with low pressure chamber and high pressure chamber are obtained through experimental research, and the compressor is prevented in order to ensure the whole compressor of air-conditioning heat pump unit. The criterion of wear and tear provides technical support for enriching and perfecting the product standard of air-conditioning heat pump units in the future.
