摘要: 本文设计了一种新型水流开关结构,在靶片处增加防护套,防止杂质进入水流开关壳体内。同时通过增大靶片受力最大处倒角及在靶片上增加加强筋的方式来增加靶片的抗疲劳强度。通过实验验证,新型水流开关能够有效的防止杂质进入,增加靶片的抗疲劳强度。

Abstract: In this paper, a new type of water flow switch structure is designed, in which a protective sleeve is added to the target to prevent impurities from entering the water flow switch shell. At the same time, the anti-fatigue strength of the target can be increased by increasing the maximum chamfering Angle of the target and increasing the reinforcing bars on the target. Experiments show that the new water flow switch can effectively prevent impurities from entering and increase the fatigue strength of the target.
