基于FEA技术的扁形滤瓶设计优化研究

摘要: 大流量反渗透(RO)净水器,为了能更好满足厨下较小的安装空间,用扁形滤瓶代替圆形滤瓶,使净水器外型变得纤薄。由于扁形滤瓶自身结构特点,其承压性能不及圆形滤瓶,在产品开发过程中,很难去验证它的可靠性。通常方法是将产品做成模具样品后再去验证,这样就需要投入较多的研发费用和时间成本。然而,利用FEA技术就可以克服上述产品开发的缺点,在扁形滤瓶设计过程中使用FEA仿真分析,通过变形云图和应力云图,找出产品的薄弱点,并进行设计优化。经过仿真分析和反复优化,确保扁形滤瓶的可靠性在开模具前就达到设计要求,从而使其更好地应用到净水器产品中去。

Abstract: Large flow reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier, in order to better meet the smaller installation space under the kitchen cabinet, the flat filter bottle instead of the cylindrical filter bottle, so that the shape of the water purifier becomes slim. In the process of product development, it is difficult to verify its reliability. Usually, the method is to make the product into a mold sample and then verify it, which requires more money and time. However, the FEA technology can overcome the shortcomings of the above traditional product development. When designing flat filter bottles, we use FEA simulation analysis to find the weak points of the product and optimize them through the total deformation and the stress intensity. In this way, the flat filter bottle can be reliably applied to the water purifier product.
