摘要: 系统分析了干衣机参数优化及织物烘干后性能变化的相关研究,总结发现,加热丝温度和滚筒运转方式会影响织物的力学性能;加热丝功率、判停湿度、滚筒的运转方式、吹冷风时长,以及添加蒸汽等都对织物的外观性能有影响;加热丝功率、滚筒转速和进风速率的阶段性控制可以提高烘干效率,降低能耗。为干衣机设备的产品创新提供理论依据,并为用户提供更加有效的纺织品烘干护理方法。

Abstract: Systematically analyzes the related research on the optimization of dryer parameters and the change of fabric performance after drying. It is concluded that the temperature of the heating wire and the mode of operation of the drum affect the mechanical properties of the fabric; the power of the heating wire, the humidity at which the program is stopped, the mode of operation of the drum, the duration of the cold air blowing, and the application of the added steam all contribute to the appearance of the fabric. The stage control of heating wire power, drum speed and air inlet rate can improve drying efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Provide theoretical basis for product innovation of dryer equipment and provide users with more effective textile drying care methods.
