壁挂式整体热泵热水器降噪方法研究与应用

摘要: 壁挂式整体热泵热水器运行噪音较大,改进前约有49dB(A),主要噪声来源是压缩机、风机运行噪声、配管振动噪声等。壁挂式整体热泵热水器通常安装在卫生间,运行噪声直接在室内传播,影响人们的日常生活。通过对压缩机减振垫和固定方式改进、风机转速与扇叶扭曲角度调整、配管减振、降噪风道设计等方法实施,机器噪音能够下降10dB(A)左右,降噪效果明显。

Abstract: The running noise of the wall mounted integral heat pump water heater is large, about 49 dB(A) before the improvement. The main noise sources are compressor and fan running noise, piping vibration, and so on. The wall mounted integral heat pump water heater is installed usually in the toilet, and the running noise affects people's daily life. Through the improvement of the compressor anti-vibration pad and fixing method, fan speed and blade twist angle, piping vibration reduction and noise propagation path etc., the noise of the machine can be reduced by about 10 dB(A), and the noise reduction effect is obvious.
