冰箱噪声性能匹配设计与改善的测试方法研究

摘要: 冰箱噪声是用户使用过程中关注的主要性能指标之一,因此进行合理有效的冰箱噪声性能匹配设计,及时解决异常噪声问题,开展测试流程与方法的研究具有重要意义。通过梳理设计开发过程与冰箱噪声源部件的耦合运转工况,开发了一套噪声测试程序,并将程序集成到控制模块。采用新增加的噪声测试方法,可以实现压缩机振动噪声扫频设计、风机与压缩机转速匹配设计、关键噪声问题优化改善验证等研究。这样既可以提升产品开发效率,又可以为后续产品提供设计指导,最终达到快速有效降低冰箱噪声的目的。

Abstract: Noise is one of the main performance indexes of refrigerator, which users pay more attention to. Therefore, it is important to carry out effective noise matching design of refrigerator, solve the problem of abnormal noise, and conduct research on test process and methods. Through combing the development process and the coupled operating conditions of refrigerator noise source, a set of test program was developed and integrated into the control module. The integrated noise test method can realize the research of compressor vibration noise with changing frequency, fan and compressor speed matching design, optimization and verification of key noise issues, etc. This can improve efficiency of product development, also provide design guidance for subsequent products, which is beneficial to reduce refrigerator noise.
