摘要: 在工业变频器的应用场合,经常出现充电回路失效的情况。通过TRIZ发明问题解决理论研究变频器充电回路的设计,利用资源分析、功能分析、组件分析、因果分析等工具对问题进行了分析;利用裁剪、技术矛盾与矛盾矩阵、物理矛盾与发明原理、物场分析与标准解法来寻找问题解决方案,从中找出了更为有效、合理的应用方案。

Abstract: In the application of industrial frequency converters, the charging circuit disabled often occurs. By researching the design of converter charging circuit through TRIZ invention problem solving theory, and analyzes the problem by using tools, such as resource analysis, function analysis, component analysis and causal analysis, etc. By using cutting, technical contradiction and contradiction matrix, physical contradiction and invention principle, object field analysis and the standard solution to find a solution to the problem, and find a more effective and reasonable application.
