新冰箱气味分析与改善探究

摘要: 新冰箱气味会影响消费者对产品的初次使用体验,相关的研究变得越来越重要。通过气味评价方法发现市场上新冰箱普遍存在异味等级较高的现象;结合气体成分分析手段得到了新冰箱内含有的气体种类有烷烃类、苯类、醛类和酯类,主要来源于EPS泡沫材料、塑料部件和胶黏材料。在实验研究的基础上,新冰箱材料部件气味改善和整机除味方法的探究也为后续的新冰箱异味改善提供了理论指导。

Abstract: New refrigerator odor will affect the first experience of consumers, and relevant research is becoming more and more important. By smell evaluation method, the phenomenon of high odor level was found in the new refrigerators on the market. According to the gas component analysis, the new refrigerators contained hydrocarbons, benzene, aldehydes and esters, which were mainly derived from EPS foam, plastic parts and adhesive materials. On the basis of the experimental research, the research on the odor improvement of new refrigerator materials and components and the odor removal method of the whole refrigerator also provides theoretical guidance for the following new refrigerator odor improvement.
