深紫外杀菌及应用于冰箱技术研究

Deep UV sterilization and its application in refrigerator technology

摘要: 基于深紫外灯的功率、紫外灯的工作时间、紫外灯与菌液的距离三个因素,设置四组不同深紫外灯工作条件组合,研究其对大肠杆菌的杀菌率效果,实验结果显示:在一定范围内,照射时间的改变对大肠杆菌的杀菌率影响较敏感,紫外灯的功率和照射距离的差异对大肠杆菌的杀菌率影响不敏感。根据上述结果设计冰箱杀菌专区,紫外光照射强度大于5.5 μW/cm2,对沙门氏菌的杀灭率大于99%。

Abstract: In this paper, based on the three factors of the power of the deep ultraviolet lamp, the working time of the ultraviolet lamp, and the distance between the ultraviolet lamp and the bacterial solution, four different combinations of working conditions of the deep ultraviolet lamp are set to study its effect on the sterilization rate of E. coli. The experimental results show: Within a certain range, the change of irradiation time is more sensitive to the sterilization rate of E. coli. The difference between the power of the UV lamp and the irradiation distance is not sensitive to the effect of E. coli sterilization rate. Based on the above results, the refrigerator sterilization zone was designed. The ultraviolet light irradiation intensity was greater than 5.5μW/cm2, and the killing rate of Salmonella was greater than 99%.
