摘要: 压缩机排气阀片拍击排气限位板产生的机械噪音是制冷压缩机主要的噪音来源之一,为了降低此部分的噪音,对压缩机限位板材质变更后进行了固有频率仿真分析及实验研究。通过ANSYS软件对PEEK材料限位板固有频率进行分析可以看出PEEK材料限位板固有频率低于金属限位板,不易激发响应,同时避开了频率响应区,可以得出采用PEEK材料排气限位板噪音更低。通过大量试验研究验证,发现PEEK材料排气限位板不仅可以改善压缩机的机械噪声,而且对压缩机效率有一定提升,同时还延长了排气阀片的使用寿命。

Abstract: The mechanical noise produced by the discharge valve flapping the discharge stopper is one of the main noise sources of the refrigeration compressor. In order to reduce the noise of this part, the natural frequency simulation analysis and experimental research were carried out after the material of the compressor discharge stopper was changed. Through the analysis of natural frequency of PEEK material discharge stopper by ANSYS software, it can be seen that the natural frequency of PEEK material limit plate is lower than that of metal limit plate, which is not easy to excite response. At the same time, the frequency response area is avoided. It can be concluded that PEEK material discharge stopper has lower noise. It is found that PEEK material discharge stopper can not only improve the mechanical noise of the compressor, but also improve the efficiency of the compressor, and prolong the service life of the discharge valve.
