摘要: 热效率是电水壶的重要性能指标,测试过程受测试人员能力、测试方法、测试设备等因素的影响较大。从影响测试的因素和不确定度评定探讨电水壶热效率测试,经过比对试验发现,电水壶水量对电水壶的热效率的影响较大,而初始水温、结束水温对电水壶的热效率影响较小。

Abstract: Heating efficiency is an important performance index of electric kettles, and the test process is greatly affected by factors such as testers' ability, test methods, and test equipment. Discusses the heating efficiency test of the electric kettle from the factors that affect the test and the uncertainty evaluation, the comparison test shows that the water quantity has a great influence on the thermal efficiency of the electric kettle, while the initial water temperature and the end water temperature have little influence on the thermal efficiency of the electric kettle.
