空调低温制冷性能研究

摘要: 一拖一空调的低温制冷功能在某些特殊场景,例如冬季机房散热时具有重要的应用。对室外环境温度、室外风机转速以及挡风罩进行研究,分析结果表明:制冷能力、冷凝压力和蒸发压力会随着室外环温的降低而下降;在一定范围内降低室外风机转速,可以改善低温制冷的性能,而且随着风速降低,低温制冷性能快速改善;安装挡风罩亦可改善低温制冷性能,提高冷凝压力和蒸发压力。通过降低外风机转速和安装挡风罩两种方式综合运用,能够很大程度上改善低温制冷性能。

Abstract: There are important applications of low temperature refrigeration function in some special scenarios such as equipment heat dissipation in winter. Through the research and analysis of outdoor ambient temperature, outdoor fan speed and wind baffle, the research shows that the refrigeration capacity, condensation pressure and evaporation pressure will decrease with the decrease of outdoor ambient temperature. Within a certain range, the performance of low temperature refrigeration can be improved by reducing the speed of outdoor fan, and the performance of low temperature refrigeration can be improved rapidly with the decrease of speed of outdoor fan. The installation of the wind baffle can also improve the performance of low temperature refrigeration, condensation pressure and evaporation pressure. By reducing outdoor fan speed and installing the wind baffle, it can substantially improve the performance of low temperature refrigeration.
