摘要: 大数据时代,数字化深刻影响着我们的学习、生活和工作,数字化设计也逐步在日常工作中形成规范、对产品快速化设计和创新设计有着潜移默化的影响。本文通过剖析几种以数据为主线,应用Cpk公差分析的产品设计场景,整理出分析产品设计中缺陷控制、制程控制,以及模块优选等方法,促进新产品设计中如何将Cpk公差分析工具更好地与新产品设计相结合,更好地指导我们在新产品开发过程中设计优化、制程控制以及品质检验等,从而提高产品数字化设计效率。

Abstract: In the era of big data, digitalization has a profound impact on our study, life and work. Digital design also gradually forms norms in daily work, and has a subtle influence on rapid product design and innovative design. This paper analyzes several kinds of product design scenarios based on data and Cpk tolerance analysis, and arranges the methods of defect control, process control and module selection in product design, so as to promote how to combine Cpk tolerance analysis tools with new product design and guide us to design optimization, process control and quality inspection in the process of new product development, so as to improve the efficiency of product digital design.
