基于正交试验的室内二氧化碳浓度理论分析

Theoretical analysis of indoor carbon dioxide concentration based on orthogonal experimental design

摘要: 为分析室内二氧化碳浓度随各参数的变化,采用理论公式和正交试验设计方法对室内CO2的浓度进行了理论计算,基于相关假设推导了室内CO2的浓度随室内初始CO2浓度、室外CO2浓度、新风量、排风量、室内人数、人呼吸产生的CO2等参数间的关联关系。选取了室外空气CO2浓度、室内人数、新风量、排风量共4个因素,每个因素选取3水平进行正交试验设计。经过均值与极差分析,在这4个因素中,排风量对室内CO2浓度达到的稳定值和达到稳定值所需要的时间两个响应值的影响均最大。根据正交分析确定的最终优化方案下,室内CO2浓度达到的稳定值为109 ppm,达到稳定值所需要的时间为3.2 h,因此在新风功能的设计中除了保证足够的新风量外,更需要能将室内污浊的空气尽快排出去。

Abstract: In order to analyze the variation of indoor carbon dioxide concentration with various parameters,the theoretical formula and orthogonal experimental design method are used to theoretically analyze the indoor CO2 concentration. Based on the relevant hypotheses, the relationship between indoor CO2 concentration and indoor initial CO2 concentration, outdoor CO2 concentration, fresh air volume, exhaust air volume, indoor number of people, CO2 concentration produced by human and other parameters are derived. Four factors including outdoor air CO2 concentration, number of indoor people, fresh air volume and exhaust air volume are selected, and three levels of each factor are selected for orthogonal experimental design. Through the mean and range analysis, the exhaust air volume has the greatest impact on the stable value of indoor CO2 concentration and the time required to reach the stable value in these four factors. According to the final optimization scheme determined by orthogonal analysis, the stable value of indoor CO2 concentration is 109 ppm, and the time required to reach the stable value is 3.2 h. Therefore, in addition to ensuring sufficient fresh air volume, it is also necessary to exhaust the indoor dirty air as soon as possible in the design of fresh air function.
