摘要: 电源变压器结构组成对电源适配器产品的安全结构有很大影响,故电源适配器在设计和生产时一定要清楚电源变压器的结构,对产品进行合理的部件布局和结构设计,以避免所采用的电源变压器结构带来的不利影响。以电源适配器(包括旅行充电器)、带USB适配器的延长线插座中常用的电源变压器为例,分析不同的电源变压器结构和要求,以及电源变压器结构对电源适配器(或含适配器模块)产品安全结构的影响。

关键词: 初级绕组, 次级绕组, 磁芯, 爬电距离, 电气间隙

Abstract: The structure of the power transformer has a great influence on the safety structure of the power adapter product, so the power adapter must be clear about the structure of the power transformer in the design and production, and carry out a reasonable component layout and structure design of the product, so as to avoid the adverse impact of the power transformer structure. Taking the power adapter (including travel charger) and the power transformer commonly used in the extension cord socket with USB adapter as examples, this paper analyzes the structure and requirements of different power transformers, and the influence of power transformer structure on the product safety structure of power adapter (or including adapter module).
