关于厨宝内胆水温均匀性及余热温升现象的研究

摘要: 目前市场上流通的厨宝容积较小,在使用过程中很容易出现水量不足的情况。为分析用户在用水过程中的水温变化,因此模拟了用户在使用过程中厨宝内胆水温的变化,记录了加热过程中和断电后的内胆实际水温的变化情况。分析发现:厨宝内胆水温与设置温度之间存在较大差异性,而且在停止加热后厨宝内胆水温仍会上升一段时间,存在余热温升现象。最后针对分析后的实际情况提供了改善方案。

Abstract: Due to its small volume ,it is easy to be short of water in the process of using kitchen water heater. In order to provide as much hot water as possible without changing the volume, by recording the actual water temperature change of the tank of the water heater during the heating process, and the rise of the actual water temperature of the tank after the power failure. It is found that there is a big difference between the water temperature of the cupboard container and the set temperature, and the water temperature of the cupboard container will rise for a period of time after the heating stops. Finally, the improvement plan is provided according to the actual situation after analysis.
