摘要: 将图像处理技术运用在产品性能检测上,可以取得更加清晰直观的效果,以炒菜机油烟量测试为例,设计了整体系统的组成及框架。系统中硬件采用TMS320DM6437作为数据处理的核心部件,利用背景差分法作为提取特征目标的主要方法,系统重点设计了特征目标提取的流程及相关算法。另外通过炒菜机油烟量测试的应用分析,探讨了图像处理技术在家电检测上的运用。

Abstract: The application of image processing technology in household electric appliances performance test can achieve clearer and more intuitive results, taking the oil smoke test of automatic cooker as an example, the composition and frame of the whole system were designed. TMS320DM6437 as the core component of data processing in the system, background difference method as the main method to extract feature targets and the system focuses on the design of feature target extraction process and related algorithms. In addition, the application of image processing technology in household electric appliances test was discussed through the analysis of the oil smoke test of automatic cooker.
