Research on the design of the Air Purifier ventilator based on Flow Simulation

摘要: 以双进风风道的空气净化器开发项目为研究案例,对空气净化器的风机进行设计研究,通过Flow Simulation流体仿真模块先对理论设计方案进行筛选及优化设计,再将优选设计方案进行手板样机制作及测试验证。其实测结果证明了该研究方法对空气净化器的风机设计开发具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Taking the project of air purifier with double air inlet duct as the research case, this paper designed and researched the fan of it. Firstly, some theoretical plans were selected and optimized by the Flow Simulation module. Then the optimized designs were made into hand-board prototype and completed the test validation. The measured results prove the research method has a certain guiding significance for the design and development of air purifier fan.
