摘要: 现行空气净化器标准GB/T 18801-2015推荐使用激光尘埃粒子计数器进行颗粒物洁净空气量测试,颗粒物累积净化量则通过颗粒物质量浓度测试仪进行测试。通过分析以上两种设备测量结果的一致性及测量不确定度,探索颗粒物质量浓度测试仪进行颗粒物洁净空气量测量的可靠性。实验结果表明,颗粒物质量浓度测试仪TSI 8530和激光尘埃粒子计数器TSI 3340A的颗粒物洁净空气量测量结果一致性高,且两者都具有较好的测量不确定度。

Abstract: The current national standard of air purifier GB/T 18801-2015 recommends that using the laser particle counter to measure the clean air delivery rate of particulate matter and the particulate mass concentration tester to measure cumulate clean mass of particulate matter. It is meaningful to explore the reliability of the particulate mass concentration tester for measuring the clean air delivery rate of particulate matter by analyzing consistency and uncertainty of measurement result of the above two devices. The results indicate that the measurement results of the clean air delivery rate for particulate matter obtained by TSI 8530 and TSI 3340A showed high consistency, and displayed low uncertainty of measurement.
