全自动索氏萃取仪在电子电气产品十溴二苯醚检测中的应用

Application of automatic Soxhlet extractor in detection of decabromodiphenyl ether in electronic and electrical products

摘要: 建立了FOSS Soxtec 8000全自动索氏萃取仪提取电子电气产品中十溴二苯醚的前处理方法,优化和评估了萃取温度和萃取时间对提取效果的影响。结果显示最佳萃取温度为240℃,萃取时间为60 min,远低于传统索氏萃取所需要的时间。利用该方法分别对质控样品和空白加标样品进行了6次独立平行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.15%,平均回收率分别高达98.2%和98.8%,表现出优异的萃取效率和萃取稳定性。每次分析完成,约80%的甲苯得以有效回收,且回收的甲苯中无目标物检出,可重复使用,能有效降低溶剂的使用量和排放量。

Abstract: A pretreatment method for the extraction of decabromodiphenyl ether from electronic and electrical products by FOSS Soxtec 8000 automatic Soxhlet extractor has been established. The effects of extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction efficiency were optimized and evaluated. The results showed that the optimal extraction temperature was 240℃ and the extraction time was 60 min, which was far lower than the traditional Soxhlet extraction time. The quality control samples and blank spiked samples were determined by this method for six times. The relative standard deviation of the determination results was 1.15% and the average recovery was up to 98.2% and 98.8% respectively, which showed excellent extraction efficiency and stability. After each analysis, about 80% toluene can be recovered, and there is no decabromodiphenyl ether detected in the recovered toluene, which can be reused and effectively reduce the use and emission of solvent.
