摘要: 扫风功能是空调运转送风保证用户舒适性的一项重要功能,如果在扫风的过程中,扫风部件被物体卡住,易导致设备故障,同时若人的手指不小心被卡住的话,还会造成人体伤害。故在家用空调上常将光电开关作为判定检测运转是否到位或防夹手的安全检测防护装置。针对现有技术利用光电开关进行防夹手检测过程中存在误检测的问题,进行深入分析并给出有效的优化解决方案。

Abstract: Sweeping function is an important function of air conditioning to ensure the comfort of users. However, if the sweeping parts are stuck by objects in the process of sweeping, it will easily lead to equipment failure, if people's fingers are accidentally stuck, it will cause human injury. Therefore, the photoelectric switch is often used as a safety detection and protection device to judge whether the detection operation is in place or prevent the hand from being pinched. In the prior art, there is a problem of false detection when using the photoelectric switch to prevent the hand from being pinched. Analyzes the existing problems and give an effective solution and optimization scheme.
