模拟冰箱冷冻室抽屉结冰现象的研究

Study on freezing phenomenon of drawers in refrigerator freezer

摘要: 冰箱冷冻室的透明抽屉材质多为通用聚苯乙烯(GPPS),该材质虽透明度高,但韧性差,易出现开裂、破损等损坏。用户使用过程中,若产生积水在抽屉内,经低温结冰产生外力,易导致抽屉的开裂,影响用户使用体验。通过模拟抽屉在风冷和直冷冰箱的使用场景,分析了多种因素对抽屉结冰以及导致开裂的影响。最终得出了通用聚苯乙烯抽屉在冰箱中的使用建议,以提高冰箱抽屉的使用可靠性。

Abstract: The transparent drawers of refrigerator freezer are mostly made of general purpose polystyrene (GPPS). Although the material has high transparency, it has poor toughness and is easy to crack and damage. In the process of users' use, if there is accumulated water in the drawer, the external force will be produced by freezing at low temperature, which will easily lead to the drawer cracking and affect the user's experience. By simulating the use scenarios of drawers in air-cooled and direct cooled refrigerators, the effects of various factors on the freezing and cracking of drawers are analyzed. In order to improve the reliability of the refrigerator drawer, it is suggested that the general polystyrene drawer should be used in the refrigerator.
