自然风对空气源热泵运行的影响及防护研究

The influence and protection research of natural wind on air source heat pump operating

摘要: 为了研究自然风对空气源热泵的影响,以空气源热泵机组为研究对象,选取脉冲型自然风,通过对机组在制冷、制热模式下的实际运行数据进行测试,总结分析了自然风对机组运行影响的规律,试验结果表明:机组的运行参数在外部自然风作用下出现周期性波动,在制热模式下主要影响机组的吸气温度,吸气温度波动幅度4℃以上;在制冷模式下主要影响机组的环境温度、冷凝温度,环境温度波动幅度6℃以上、冷凝温度波动2~4℃。通过实时检测环境温度、吸气温度,并对其波动性进行检测判定,进而有效规避自然风对机组运行干扰,研究为空气源热泵机组防风可靠性设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of natural wind on air source heat pump, the air source heat pump unit was as the research object and the natural wind of pulse type was selected. Through experimental testing the actual operation data of the unit in refrigeration and heating modes, the law of the influence of natural wind on the operation of the unit was summarized and analyzed. The test results showed that: the operating parameters of air source heat pump unit fluctuated periodically due to the influence of natural wind. And in the heating mode, the suction temperature of unit was influenced mainly, which of the fluctuation amplitude can reach more than 4℃. In the cooling mode, the ambient temperature and condensing temperature were influenced mainly, the fluctuation amplitude of ambient temperature can reach more than 6℃ and the condensing temperature fluctuated within 2~4℃. Through detecting the ambient temperature and suction temperature in real time and judging of their fluctuation characteristics, it can effectively avoid the interference of natural wind on operating air source heat pump unit. The study provided a reference basis for the windproof reliability design of the air source heat pump unit.
