智能电风扇双层风叶性能研究

Research on performance of double-layer blades of smart electric fan

摘要: 目前市场上的风扇大多采用单层结构设计,针对单层风扇存在噪音较大和送风距离较短等问题,提出一种具有双层扇叶的风扇,采用物理实验测试的方法,通过与原型扇叶的比较,对其进行性能分析研究。实验研究表明,在相同噪声等级,双层扇叶相比较于原扇叶风量略大,双层扇叶的风量比原型机增加了7~8 m3/min,在相同风量条件下,双层扇叶相比较于原型扇叶噪声较小。

Abstract: At present, the majority of fans on the market adopt a single-layer structure design. For single-layer fans, there are problems such as high noise and short air supply distance. A fan with double-layer blades is proposed, and the method of physical experiment is used, and performance analysis and research are carried out by comparing with the prototype blades. According to experimental study, at the same noise level, the air volume of the double-layer fan blade is slightly larger than that of the original fan blade, and the air volume of the double-layer fan blade is raised by around 7~8 m3/min compared with the prototype. The double-layer fan blade is less noisy than the prototype one, under the same air volume condition.
