饮用水接触用抗菌PP材料抗菌长效性的研究

Study on the long-term antibacterial properties of antibacterial PP materials for drinking water

摘要: 接触饮用水的塑料表面容易滋生细菌等微生物,导致饮用水中微生物超标,对饮用水卫生安全和人体健康产生巨大的威胁。研究玻璃载银、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐(PHMG)和聚丙烯接枝聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐(PP-g-PHMG)三种抗菌材料对PP塑料物理和加工性能、饮用水接触卫生安全性能、抗菌性能以及抗菌长效性的影响。实验结果表明,PP-g-PHMG抗菌改性PP材料表现出优秀的物理加工性和卫生安全性,初始抗菌率大于99.99%,经过80℃连续水煮81天老化后的抗菌率大于99.9%,具有优异的抗菌性能和抗菌长效性。相比于玻璃载银和PHMG抗菌材料,PP-g-PHMG抗菌材料在卫生安全性和抗菌长效性方面具有显著的优势,有极大前景应用于接触饮用水的长效抗菌PP塑料零部件。

Abstract: The surface of plastic contacting with drinking water is prone to breeding bacteria and other microorganisms, which will lead to excessive microorganisms in drinking water and pose a huge threat to the safety of drinking water and human health. The effects of glass loaded silver, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PHMG), polypropylene grafted polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PP-g-PHMG) on physical and processing properties, safety performances of contacting with drinking water, antibacterial and long-term antibacterial properties of PP plastics were studied. The results reveal that the PP material modified with PP-g-PHMG shows excellent physical and processing properties, as well as the safety performances of contacting with drinking water. Moreover, the initial antibacterial rate is greater than 99.99%, and after 81 days of continuous boiling at 80℃, the antibacterial rate is greater than 99.9%, demonstrating the excellent antibacterial and long-term antibacterial properties. Compared with glass loaded silver and PHMG, the advantages of PP-g-PHMG are obvious in health safety and long-term antibacterial properties, which has great prospects for application in antibacterial PP plastic contacting with drinking water.
