摘要: 小型制冷压缩机阀片的防失效技术的研究主要集中在运动规律、结构设计、故障诊断以及材料选择和处理等几个方面,针对这几个方面进行调研和综述发现各个研究方向均具备了一定的共性结论,且存在着一定不足。本领域研究学者可以参考本次综述内容为依据,进一步对阀片的防失效和可靠性技术进行创新研究。

关键词: 压缩机, 阀片, 故障诊断, 正向设计, 材料

Abstract: The research on the anti failure technology of small refrigeration compressor valve plate mainly focuses on the motion law, structural design, fault diagnosis, material selection and treatment. Through investigation and summary on these aspects, it is found that all research directions have certain common conclusions, and there are certain deficiencies. Researchers in this field can further carry out innovative research on the anti failure and reliability technology of valve discs based on the contents of this review.
