摘要: 随着空调的广泛使用,空调企业之间的竞争力也在不断增大。为在市场中占据一定份额,注重品牌及产品特色创造很有必要。格栅作为空调室外机的关键部件,对于整机的性能有很大的影响,如果空调能力较差或噪音过大都会导致客户的满意度下降。通过风场仿真分析格栅结构的可靠性,然后进行风量试验验证格栅对于风量的影响并对格栅进行初步优化,最终风车型格栅的风场特性更优,能力也有了显著提升。

Abstract: With the widespread use of air conditioning, the competitiveness of air conditioning enterprises is also increasing. In order to occupy a certain share in the market, it is necessary to pay attention to the creation of brand and product characteristics. As a key component of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the grille has a great impact on the performance of the whole machine. If the air conditioning capacity is poor or the noise is too high, the customer satisfaction will be reduced. In this paper, the reliability of the grid structure will be analyzed through wind field simulation, and then the air volume test will be carried out to verify the impact of the grid on the air volume, and the grid will be preliminarily optimized. Finally, the wind field characteristics of the windmill type grid are better, and the capacity has also been significantly improved.
