基于CFD的滚筒洗干机后筒冷凝结构设计与改进

摘要: 滚筒洗干机成为目前洗衣机市场的主流机型,而如何提高其烘干效率仍是行业中在解决的主要问题。基于计算流体力学,采用VOF模型,对于滚筒洗干机的后筒冷凝结构中的水路流动进行了仿真计算。经试验验证,实际水路效果与仿真结果基本一致,证明所选模型及仿真过程的准确性。在此基础上,对冷凝结构进行了重新设计和改进,并研究了后筒冷凝结构中影响冷凝水路稳定性的因素。对进水压板的结构及出水口与导流筋第一分流点的距离关系进行了计算,通过对比不同工况下的水路流动状态,最终确定了设计参数范围。通过试验测得的烘干时间,达到预期效果。说明应用CFD对该项目研究准确可行,对后续滚筒洗干机中类似结构设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Washer-Dryer being the prevailing machine in the current market. How to improve the drying efficiency is the main problem of machine industry. Based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics, simulated the water flow path in the rear-drum condensing structure of Washer-Dryer with the VOF model. The results of simulation correspond with the actual results by experiment, proved the accuracy of the model and simulation. On this basis, redesigned and improved the condensing structure, researched the factors which influence the water flow stability of rear-drum condensing structure. Computed the relationship with inlet-water cover plate and the distance of the outlet-water and the first diversion point of fillets. Finally, assured the range of design parameters by comparing the water flow path in different working conditions. Drying time is measured through the experiment indicated the results attain to expectation. CFD simulation is accurate and feasible to research the program, and the importance of guide is found to the future design in the same stucture of Washer-Dryer.
