摘要: 空调产品结合了各类智能控制技术和运行信息采集技术,具备较强的自我故障排查能力。随着Wi-Fi功能在空调产品上的普及,空调产品售后服务的远程化正逐步实现。空调产品自身收集运行信息,再通过Wi-Fi模块与网站服务器进行通信传输,实现了空调产品售后服务的远程化。对比传统的空调维修方式,在维修效率方面有了大幅度的提升。该套系统的使用简化了空调售后服务流程,提升了产品维修效率,并有利于推进空调产品品质的提升。

Abstract: Air conditioning products combine all kinds of intelligent control technology and operation information collection technology, and have strong self-troubleshooting ability. With the popularization of Wi-Fi function in air conditioning products, the remote after-sales service of air conditioning products is gradually realized. The air-conditioning products collect operation information, and then communicate with the website server through Wi-Fi module, so as to realize the remote after-sales service of air-conditioning products. Compared with the traditional air-conditioning maintenance methods, they have greatly improved the maintenance efficiency. The use of the system simplifies the air conditioning after-sales service process, improves the product maintenance efficiency, and is conducive to promoting the improvement of the quality of air conditioning products.
