Abstract: Electrical insulation resistance test is a test of product insulation. Taking the two capability verification plans that have been implemented as an example, the preparation process of the test samples of the two capability verification plans, and the improvement and optimization of the shape design and internal circuit of the test samples are described in detail. After the feasibility verification, it is applied to the implemented capability verification plan. Then, according to the test reported by the laboratory during the implementation process, the key influencing factors of insulation resistance test are analyzed in detail.
