净饮机水嘴结构优化研究

Research on the optimization of the water nozzle structure of the drinking machine

摘要: 根据某款净饮机出水时的不良表现,对其水嘴结构进行了分析,确定了可能影响水嘴水流雾化和水流飘散的结构特征;针对原水嘴结构进行了结构优化,设计了多孔挡板的入射流缓冲结构,渐变收缩的出口前段结构和最速降线的出口导流结构,以改善水嘴的出水流场表现;基于VOF方法,对比分析了优化水嘴和原水嘴的内部气液分布和流场分布。两款水嘴的数值分析显示:优化水嘴的三个重点部位的流场流线和涡流均有显著改善,能有效改善出水喷雾和水流飘散问题;制作优化水嘴的耐高温手板,用于净饮机的取水测试,优化水嘴的出水流场表现得到显著改善。

Abstract: Combining the poor performance of water spout, the structural characteristics of the water nozzle of a drinking machine is analyzed and the structural characteristics that affect the atomization of water and drift of water are determined; The structure of the original water nozzle is optimized to improve the flow field performance of the water nozzle, which including the porous baffle for buffering incident stream and the gradual shrinkage structure of the front section of the outlet and the diversion structure of the outlet with the method of the steepest descending line theory. Based on the VOF method, the internal gas-liquid distribution and flow field distribution of the optimized water nozzle and the original water nozzle are compared and analyzed. The numerical analysis shows that the flow field of the optimized nozzle has been significantly improved, which can effectively improve the problem of atomization of water and drift of water. The high temperature resistant prototype of the optimized water nozzle is made for testing of the water withdrawal process of the drinking machine. The flow field performance of the optimized water nozzle has been significantly improved in the test.
