电容式触摸按键面板层介质研究与应用

Research and application of capacitive touch key on the panel layer medium

摘要: 电容式触摸按键以其准确性高、耐用性强等优点,在家用电器产品显示板触控系统中应用广泛。触摸按键作为人机交互的第一步,针对其灵敏度和可靠性的评估至关重要。为了研究电路板级结构对触摸灵敏度和可靠性的影响,基于电容式触摸原理,探讨顶层覆盖层金属介质差异(只镀铜和铜表面镀锡)导致的触摸效果的变化。最终,通过不同介质方案的验证对比发现,镀铜方案在数据灵敏度和稳定性上表现较好。通过8 mm和3 mm铜棒测试,镀铜方案z值>6的频率约为65.2%,高于铜镀锡方案(28.8%)。通过z值分析,可对触摸按键设计和制造具有指导意义。

Abstract: Capacitive touch keys are widely used in display panel touch control system of household appliances for their advantages of high accuracy and durability. As the first step of human-computer interaction, the sensitivity and reliability evaluation of touch keys is very important. In order to study the influence of circuit board level structure on touch sensitivity and reliability, based on the principle of capacitive touch, the change of touch effect caused by the difference of metal medium in the top layer (only copper plating and tin plating on the copper surface) was discussed. Finally, through the verification and comparison of different media schemes, it is found that the copper plating scheme has better performance in data sensitivity and stability. Through 8 mm and 3 mm copper rod tests, the frequency of z-value>6 in copper plating scheme is about 65.2%, which is higher than that in copper tin plating scheme (28.8%). Through z -value analysis, it can guide the design and manufacture of touch keys.
