摘要: 微蒸烤一体机腔体内的高温、高湿、冷凝水和微波都会影响蒸汽湿度的测量。随着空气和蒸汽湿度测量方法和测量仪器研究的持续进行,有一大批蒸汽湿度的测量方法和仪器被研制出来。通过综述目前蒸汽湿度的测量方法和测量设备的研究进展,为微蒸烤一体机蒸汽湿度的测量提供参考。

Abstract: The high temperature, humidity, condensed water, and microwaves inside the cavity of the micro steaming and baking integrated machine can all affect the measurement of steam humidity. By continuously researching methods and instruments for measuring air and steam humidity, a large number of methods and instruments for measuring steam humidity has been developed. Reviews the research progress of measurement methods and equipment for steam humidity, providing reference for the measurement of steam humidity in micro steam baking integrated machines.
