R290冷媒2HP空调器制热量提高的试验研究

摘要: 本文通过对R290冷媒热力性质分析,得出R290冷暖空调室外换热器设计时应减小压降。通过理论分析,得出在流程相同时,φ5管换热器压降是φ7管换热器的4倍,应当增加流路数来降低压降。并用EVAP-COND流程模拟软件验证并优化流程数,最后在R290冷媒充注量限定值范围内,在2HP冷暖系统上实现热冷比1.1倍。

Abstract: Through the thermodynamic analysis of R290 refrigerant, conclude that the pressure drop should be decreased in the design of R290 outdoor heat exchanger. Through theoretical analysis, obtained in the same process, the φ5 heat exchanger pressure drop is the φ7 heat exchanger 4 times, should be increased the numbers of flow path to reduce the pressure drop. EVAP-COND process simulation software is used to verify and optimize the numbers of flow path. Finally, the experimental results show that the ratio of heat capacity to cold capacity is achieved 1.1 times in the 2HP cooling and heating system within the limited range of R290 refrigerant charge.
