摘要: VOCs气体传感器的长期稳定性是制约VOCs气体传感器在家电领域推广应用的主要障碍。其中,如何保持VOCs敏感材料的稳定性是解决目前VOCs传感器失效快和长期工作稳定性差的关键问题。本文对基于VOCs敏感材料浆料配方的VOCs传感器元件进行模拟场景实验和长期工作稳定性实验。实验结果表明,本实验优化、设计的VOCs敏感材料浆料配方能够有效地降低传感器元件工作温度, 增强对外部环境变化的抵抗能力和提升VOCs传感器元件的长期工作稳定性。本工作对制备和设计具有长期稳定性的VOCs气体传感器具有参考价值。

Abstract: The long-term stability of VOCs gas sensor greatly restrains its application in household appliances. Improving and enhancing the working stability of VOCs sensitive material is the key to solve the sensor failure and the poor long-term stability of VOCs gas sensors. In this work, the experimental scene tests and long-term stability experiments of VOCs gas sensor based on VOCs sensitive material slurry formula are carried out. The results showed that the designed and optimized slurry formula can effectively reduce the working temperature of the sensor, improving its resistance to the changes and toxicity in external environment, and enhancing the gas sensitivity and long-term stability of the VOCs gas sensor. This work has reference value for the fabrication and design of VOCs gas sensors with the excellent long-term stability.
