摘要: 作为典型的高耗能机械,压缩机叶轮效率提升以及合适的定子结构设计向来受到业界的高度关注,根本目的是为了减少流动损失、降低能源消耗,近年来相关研究的大量涌现也能够证明这一认知,基于此,本文分析了丙烷制冷技术及工艺现状,并详细论述了丙烷制冷压缩机的补气室结构改进设计、数值模拟,希望由此能够为相关业内人士带来一定启发。

Abstract: As a typical own machinery, the compressor impeller efficiency and appropriate stator structure design has been paid close attention by the field. The focus on the fundamental goal is the flow losses, to reduce the energy consumption. The plethora of related research in recent years also can prove. The article simply analyses the propane refrigeration technology and process, and discusses in detail the propane refrigeration compressor of air chamber structure improvement design, numerical simulation, hope this can bring certain inspiration for professionals.
