全自动波轮洗衣机玻璃上盖显示控制机型实现方案探究

摘要: 基于全自动波轮洗衣机显示控制模块镶嵌在玻璃上盖内的机型,该类机型可根据显示控制模块在上盖中镶嵌位置的不同,分为投入口前侧显示控制机型和投入口后侧显示控制机型两种,由于玻璃上盖较簿,上盖内空间较小且显示控制模块包含很多不能接触水或水气的电器件,因此玻璃上盖显示控制机型对上盖的走线方式、装配方式、密封性和维修成本要求较高。本文主要通过对玻璃上盖显示控制全自动波轮洗衣机的统筹和研究,论述全自动洗衣机玻璃上盖显示控制机型的两种可实现方案。

Abstract: Based on automatic pulsator washing machine display control module embedded in the glass cover models, these models can be according to the display control module in the upper cover divided into The putting in Mosaic position display control models of the side and The putting in back display control type two kinds, because the glass cover on a book cover in less space and display control module contains a lot of can't electric parts in contact with water or moisture, so the glass cover display control model on the cover of the linear way, way of assembling, sealing, and the maintenance cost is higher. In this paper, two kinds of realization schemes for the glass top cover display control model of the automatic wave wheel washing machine are discussed through the study of the overall planning of the glass top cover display control model of the automatic wave wheel washing machine.
