摘要: 空调器室内机的性能是多个设计参数组合的综合影响结果,本文通过选取多个影响空调器室内机性能的参数,运用正交分析进行实验设计,设计多个参数水平以及采用正交分析理论设计正交表,以确定实验方案并进行实验测试。最终,通过分析各个参数及其之间的交互作用对空调器室内机性能的影响水平和影响程度,从而得出最优的参数组合,以获得最优的空调器室内机性能参数。

Abstract: The performance of indoor unit of air conditioner is the comprehensive influence result of multiple design parameters. This paper selects multiple parameters that affect the performance of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and using orthogonal analysis for experimental design. After designing multiple parameters levels, the orthogonal table obtained from the experimental design was used to determine the experimental protocol and to conduct experimental tests. Finally, by analyzing the influence of each parameter and the interaction between each parameter to the performance of the indoor unit of air conditioner, the influence of each parameter and the interaction to the air conditioner is obtained, as well as the optimal combination of parameters.
