摘要： 本文分析了带电部件的定义,并用案例说明对触及带电部件的防护项目检验时如何判断一个部件是否为带电部件,总结了用标准8.1.4条考核一个部件是否为带电部件所用的试验步骤、方法和注意事项。

Abstract: Starting from the definition of live parts,this paper analyzes the definition of live parts, and how to judge whether a component is a charged part or not when the item protection against access to live parts is tested, summarizes the test procedure, methods and matters of attention using 8.1.4 clause.
