摘要: 随着有限元的发展,运用有限元手段进行电热内胆设计已经成为一种趋势,但电热内胆的有限元分析方法及校核准则还没形成行业标准。本文在分析电热内胆受力的基础上,提出将内胆的有限元分析结果进行线性化处理,按照压力容器的应力分类法,对其分类进行校核。

Abstract: With the development of finite element method, it has become a trend for the design of electrothermal tank, but the finite element analysis method and checking criterion of electrothermal tank have not formed the industry standard. Based on the stress analyzing of electrothermal tank, a method is proposed that according to the stress classification of pressure vessel, linearize the finite element analysis results of the tank and check it with the corresponding standards.
