摘要: 使用R290替代现有的R22/R134a,对保护环境、节约能源具有很好的应用前景,本文全新设计开发了一款应用R290制冷剂的一体落地式热泵热水器,从R290制冷剂特性、系统匹配、安全设计等几方面进行了分析,认为R290制冷剂是具有极大替代优势的,在小制热量热泵上是最具潜力的环保制冷剂,针对R290具有的易燃爆提出在设计、生产、使用等过程要注意的问题。

Abstract: Propane substituting for R22/R134a has a good future for protecting environment and saving energy. This paper designed and developed a new integral floor heat pump water heater with propane, analyzing from the propaneecharacteristics, system matching, several aspects of safety design, think that propane is a good alternative refrigerant with great advantage, it is the most potential refrigerant of environmental protection in small heat pump, with flammable explosive proposed to pay attention to the design, production and use of process problems.
