VIP板用于冰箱热负荷仿真模型研究及应用

摘要: VIP板相比于聚氨酯发泡是一种更高效的保温节能材料。本文利用传热学理论和工程经验公式对聚氨酯和VIP板两种保温材料组成的复合二维传热进行分析,并建立冰箱热负荷传热模型,通过薄膜热流传感器测试实验修正,并制作样机能耗验证,结果显示:排除不同箱体发泡差异,模型预测热负荷结果与能耗实验测试结果误差可控制在6%以内。

Abstract: Compared with polyurethane foam, VIP is a more efficient heat preservation and energy saving material. In this paper, heat transfer theory and engineering experience formula were used to analyze the composite two-dimensional heat transfer of polyurethane and VIP. The heat transfer model of the refrigerator was established, and the establishment of thermal load transfer model of refrigerator, through the thin film heat flux sensor test correction, and the prototype verification of energy consumption. The results show that the model predicts the results of heat load and energy consumption test results can be controlled within 6% by considering the difference of foam in different boxes.
