变频空调铜损最小控制技术应用研究

摘要: 本文主要介绍了永磁同步电机的铜损最小控制原理以及在变频空调上的应用方法,给出了铜损最小控制方法在变频空调系统上应用时的理论计算公式,结合工程实践解决了由于电机实际参数误差带来的影响。在实际应用中,通过调整铜损最小控制增益,把输入功率调整到最小,提高了变频空调器的能效。

Abstract: In this paper, the principle of minimum copper loss control for permanent magnet synchronous motor and its application method in inverter air conditioner are introduced. The theoretical calculation formula for applying the minimum copper loss control method to the inverter air conditioner system is given and solved by engineering practice. The influence of the actual parameter error of the motor. In practical applications, by adjusting the copper loss minimum control gain, the input power is adjusted to a minimum, which improves the energy efficiency of the inverter air conditioner.
