摘要: 针对滚动转子式压缩机泵体—转子组件结构的摆频模态问题,建立详细的有限元仿真分析流程,仿真计算结果与压缩机摆频测试结果相符,计算误差在1.2%以内,分析方法可靠。此分析计算方法可用于产品设计中,指导结构优化改进设计,预防相关噪声问题发生,大大缩短产品设计周期。

Abstract: Regarding to the oscillation frequency mode of pump-rotor assembly of the rotary compressor, a detailed FEM simulation analysis procedure is established. The simulation results agree with oscillation frequency test results of the compressor, the calculation error is within 1.2%. The results show that the method presented in this paper is reliable. The analysis method can be used to improve design, instruct structural optimization, prevent the occurrence of noise, and remarkably shorten the product design cycle.
