摘要: 相较于普通的板式室内加热器,具有相同散热面积的对流式室内加热器有散热快、工作效率高的优势,对流式室内加热器工作时发热元件表面温度不均匀、温差大、并产生不规则的热空气流动而影响控温元件的工作,为了在符合安全标准要求的前提下平稳控温并得到最大取暖效果,本文通过一例对流式加热器的发热试验和数据分析,来确定对流式加热器温控元件的结构、安装、控制参数。

Abstract: Compared with the ordinary plate type room heater, the convection type room heater with the same heat dissipation area has the advantages of fast heat dissipation and high work efficiency. When the convection type room heater works, the temperature of the heating element surface is uneven, the temperature difference is large, and the irregular hot air flow is produced, which affects the temperature control element work. In order to control the temperature steadily and get the maximum heating effect under the premise of meeting the safety standard requirements, this paper determines the structure, installation and control parameters of the convection type room heater's thermostat through a heating test and data analysis of a convection heater.
