摘要: 本文通过对我司C型分液器机型空载振动问题模态仿真分析,得到分液器结构振型、固有频率与实测基本一致,验证此分析方法有效。同时,针对空载振动问题提出结构改进方案,计算得到加宽支架是改善C型分液器空载振动问题的最优方案。

Abstract: The simulation analysis of C-type accumulator no-load vibration based on modal method is presented in this paper. The simulated structural mode and natural frequency of the accumulator are in consistence with those of test results, the analysis method is verified to be effective. At the same time, an improved structural scheme is proposed regarding to the no-load vibration. A wider bracket obtained by the calculation is verified to be the optimal scheme to improve no-load vibration of C-type accumulator.
