单PI过调制压缩机电机算法研究

摘要: 本文研究并分析了压缩机电机单PI过调制弱磁结合的矢量控制算法结构,推导出在高频过调制与弱磁完美结合的算法,大大提高了母线电压利用率,推后了压缩机进入弱磁的频率,降低压缩机相电流,调高高频压缩机能效,并通过仿真分析及实验测试验证了理论算法的稳定性。

Abstract: In this paper, research and analysis of the basic principle of Single PI and over-modulation algorithm. The algorithm of field weakening control is perfect combined with high frequency over-modulation. It can improve the percentage of the DC bus, put off the field weak frequency, reduce the phase current, also improve the compressor`s COP.
