摘要: 本文通过对不同品牌的豆浆机产品噪声、制浆时间、升耗电量、出渣率、总固形物、煮熟度及价格进行对比试验研究,建立了一套豆浆机性能评价模型,结果表明评价结果不仅能得到更直观的豆浆机产品性能指标,也能为消费者购买合适的豆浆机产品提供更直观的参考依据,消除消费者信息不对称现象,选择优质、实惠的产品。

关键词: 噪声, 制浆时间, 升耗电量, 出渣率、总固形物, 煮熟度

Abstract: In this paper, a set of evaluation model for the performance of soymilk machine was established by comparing the noise, pulping time, power consumption per liter of soymilk, slag discharging rate, total solids, cooked degree and price of different brands of soymilk machines. Results show that the evaluation results can not only get more intuitive performance indicators for soymilk machines, but also provide more intuitive reference for consumers to buy suitable soymilk machine. By eliminating the asymmetry information, consumers are able to select high quality and benefit product.
