摘要: 近年来,微型制冷设备开始广泛应用在通信基站、汽车冰箱等领域。由于微型制冷设备具有体积小、冷量低(300W左右)、能实现变频等功能,故能耗也较低。目前市场上的微型电控板的开关电源一般采用集成芯片的方案,虽然具有电路简单、可靠性高等优点,但该方输入电压范围较窄,待机功耗较大,成本较高、且还需要做相关的散热设计。本文提出一种基于BUCK电路的开关电源方案,具输入电压范围宽、可靠性高、带载能力强、成本低等优势。

Abstract: In recent years, micro refrigeration equipment has been widely used in communication base stations, automobile refrigerators and other fields. Because the miniature refrigeration equipment has the functions of small volume, low cooling capacity (300W), and frequency conversion function, the energy consumption is low. At present, the switching power supply of micro electronic control board in the market generally adopts the integrated chip scheme. Although it has the advantages of simple circuit and high reliability, the input voltage range is narrow, the power consumption is larger, the cost is higher, and the related heat dissipation design is also needed. A switching mode power supply based on BUCK circuit is proposed in this paper, which has the advantages of wide input voltage range, high reliability, strong load capacity and low cost.
