档案库房环境监测与调节系统设计

摘要: 档案库房为能对内存文件及物件实施安全保护,对库房内部环境的温度、湿度和空气洁净度提出特殊要求。运用温度、湿度独立控制的思想,融合远程控制等技术构建双度串级调节多源恒温循环系统,通过无线网络转换器,把收集到的温度、湿度、空气粉尘含量等参数转换成无线网络信号,传输到集中控制系统,最终实现对档案库房环境的科学管理、能耗优化。档案库房环境监测与调节系统核心技术节能率达20%,相关技术还可推广应用于农业干燥机、恒温泳池、高大建筑空调系统及制冷设备性能研究测试实验室等。

Abstract: In order to protect the memory files and objects, special requirements are put forward for the temperature, atmospheric humidity and air cleanliness of the internal environment. The idea of independent control of temperature and atmospheric humidity and remote control technology are using to build a multi-source thermostatic cycle system with temperature and atmospheric humidity cascade adjustment. The collected parameters such as temperature, humidity and air dust content are converted into wireless network signals through the wireless network converter. It is then transmitted to the central control system. Finally, the scientific management and energy consumption optimization of the environment of archival repository are realized. The energy saving rate of the core technology of environmental monitoring and adjustment system of archival repository is up to 20%. The related technology can also be applied to agricultural dryer, thermostatic swimming pool, tall building air-conditioning system and refrigeration equipment performance research and test laboratory.
